We inform you, in any case, that any special data you voluntarily make available to CAVANNA S.R.L. – by filling in the form available on the website and/or sending your curriculum vitae in electronic format – may be processed solely for the purposes indicated in the following paragraph.

III. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The data we ask you to provide by sending your CV (by filling in the form on https://www.cavannasrl.com) are collected for the purpose of searching for and selecting candidates. The provision of data marked with * in the form is ‘compulsory’. Your refusal to provide them would make it impossible for CAVANNA S.R.L. to take your application into consideration and/or make it impossible for us to evaluate your professional profile adequately.

The processing of any special data relating to your person (with particular reference to your belonging to protected categories) will be subject to your express consent to be given at the bottom of the CV submission form.

The consent given by you is freely revocable at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before revocation. Withdrawal of consent may be communicated by contacting the data controller by e-mail at info@cavannasrl.com.

IV. DATA RECIPIENTS

For the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, the personal data provided will be processed by CAVANNA S.R.L.

Your personal data will only be made accessible to those persons within CAVANNA S.R.L. who need them due to their duties or hierarchical position. These persons will be properly instructed in order to avoid loss, access to data by unauthorised persons, and processing not in accordance with the purposes.

However, if for any reason the data subject should consider the purpose of the processing to have been exhausted, he/she must notify the Data Controller by e-mail at the following address: info@cavannasrl.com. Following such notification, CAVANNA S.R.L. will proceed to the immediate deletion of the data provided from its archives and databases.

In your capacity as data subject, you have the right to ask CAVANNA S.R.L. for access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of their processing or to object to their processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the GDPR).
