Thanks to new construction techniques, we are now able to build roofs without the need for intermediate supports.
A notable example is this project carried out in the municipality of Novi Ligure to construct a roof for a commercial premises.
In this case, four boomerang-shaped laminated timber beams were used; thanks to their structural design, these beams are capable of spanning distances of over 14 metres.
