In lower Monferrato, land of the celebrated Dolcetto, a wine known worldwide for its smoothness, the Cavanna Group has created the tasting room for the Facchino winery.
The principal challenge of the project was to construct a suspended roof; in this case the engineers of the Cavanna Group took their cue from traditional wooden beams and built a GL28h glulam truss with a 14-metre tie rod.
The entire roof covering blends seamlessly into the greenery of the landscape.
