The Cavanna Group, which has always been mindful of the environmental and social issues affecting its local area, has helped to reshape a significant part of the city through the construction of four multi-storey buildings in the Aie district; in 1935, this neighbourhood had served as a refuge for the people of Ovada whose homes had been destroyed by the collapse of the Molare dam, after which the area began to fall into disrepair.
The buildings are energy class A+ and the apartments have been equipped with a geothermal heat pump cooling system and are acoustically insulated to reduce noise both from outside and inside the buildings, with a high quality of life.
