Ever attentive to local environmental and social issues, the Cavanna Group has participated in redesigning an important part of Ovada in the form of the construction of four multi-storey structures in the Aiedistrict; in 1935 the district had been a refuge for Ovada citizens whose homes had been destroyed by the collapse of the Molare dam which saw the beginning of the town’s decline.
The buildings are energy class A+ and the apartments have been equipped with a geothermal heat pump cooling system and are acoustically insulated to reduce noise both from outside and inside the buildings, with a high quality of life.
